Dr. Schottenstein
Dr. Schottenstein is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She is also a Board Certified Independent Medical Examiner experienced in dealing with Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury patients as well as performing Independent Medical Examinations.
Dr. Schottenstein completed her undergraduate studies at Boston University, a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at Barry University, and graduated in the top 10 percent of her class for her Doctorate degree from Barry University’s School of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Schottenstein received advanced training in foot and ankle reconstruction, trauma, sports medicine, diabetic limb salvage, and wound care from an extensive three year surgical residency, specializing in foot and ankle reconstruction at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Miami, Florida.
