The Benefits of Garlic!

Did you know garlic is famous for it’s limitless benefits? Whether it’s helping you lower your cholesterol or giving you a quick boost to your immune system, garlic’s perks to keeping your body strong are truly endless. Garlic has powerful antimicrobial and antifungal properties. The Allicin found in garlic helps decrease yeast formations found in fungus.

So you want to use the antifungal properties found in fungus but you don’t know how? No problem, you can use either a whole garlic, crushed garlic, oil or powder. All forms of garlic can be used for fighting nail fungus and are just as effective. If your fungus is at the early stages try placing garlic cloves at the front of your socks to help curb the infection. Crushed garlic can be applied directly to the nails and left on for about 30 minutes. Follow by a thorough wash and dry completely. If you’re using garlic powder to fight your fungus, you can apply it directly to the nails as well. If you’re using garlic oil you can apply it to the affected area a couple of times a day, try applying before bed so that your skin really has time to absorb the garlic and it’s nutrients. Continue doing any of these methods a couple of times a day for 2 -3 months. If no improvement is seen try increasing the amount applied.
